Service Charge
Following your Service Charge Application of 25th September 2016, I have paid the sum of £ 900 demanded by way of service charge, but under protest pending the findings of the Court as to whether you were entitled to charge the lessees as you did in relation to the 2014 refurbishment.
You were advised in our email dated Tuesday 11 October 2016 at 3.34pm that MHML would not (and legally could not) accept further Quarterly payments from you pending legal proceedings over breaches of your lease covenants. Your payment, obtusely paid on Friday 14th October (three days later) will be returned as advised it would be. We consider your actions in sending funds in direct contravention to our instructions to be somewhat typical of your behaviour which both ourselves and previous Agents have long endured. And stating you’ve paid but “Under Protest” having been told not to pay, does somewhat question your competence in understanding other previous communications.

Your continuing refusal to hand over invoices and other documents relating to the 2014 refurbishment is noted despite your emails as copied below:
As you are well aware, we did offer to comply despite your initial request being outside of the 6 month statutory limit, but our offer was ignored. We still offered to comply but requested that your multiple and malicious insinuations be withdrawn in the face of the documents we supplied in support of our robust denials. None was forthcoming.
