P. 7

I cannot believe you can actually consider there is any varnish to remove! And to even think that I or anybody else would consider a request for repair of sellotape peeling off the varnish (if it existed) is simply frightening. I suggest you have Mr Begg visit to view the door and damage and sue me!
I am aware my final point is not a breach; however the outrageous rudeness and abusive treatment of myself and the other leaseholders over the years must be noted. Written evidence of this has been filed and for your information and enlightenment, some of this has been detailed in a letter from my solicitor Mr Peter Begg, dated
23rd March 2016 which I enclose.
(reply) We thank you for informing our Solicitor of the various libels levied against myself and MHML as a very good idea. He is aware that all have been disproved and awaits our further comment re: your reply regarding the statutory 6 months etc.
I am asked to request you desist from troubling him further with irrelevancies and focus your attention, or from that of your chosen Solicitor, to the matter in hand, your lease covenants and lack of their compliance.
Please find attached four misc copy emails (Misc Refs_1 - 4) simply further evidencing our insistence that documentation was supplied, and was posted on our website, Mrs Hillgarth’s constant accusations of non-receipt of documents emailed or posted, full explanations of processes and progress etc etc - all also relevant to the Begg affair when viewed alongside correspondence to date and copy correspondence supplied to date - it doesn’t actually matter which email correspondence we refer to as all either evidence Mrs Hillgarth’s incompetence and contrariness and/or MHML’s attempt to advise, explain, manage and fund the interior/exterior works’ schedule.
Yours faithfully, Michele Hillgarth
