Dear Mr Constable,
Mitre House Management limited
Thank you for your letter dated 8 April and for your (very) lengthy commentary on my letter dated 23 March 2016.
Please excuse me if I do not, at least at this stage, engage with your numerous counterassertions and complaints about my client.
I did not make counter-assertions but forceful and evidence backed counter- arguments which included multiple reasons and a conclusion which differs from that presented by you in your 23 March 2016 letter allegedly on behalf of statements made by Mrs Hillgarth’s and her voluminous correspondence.
As you will recall I had asked, amongst other things, for the invoices which would support the "reserves utilised" for the approved refurbishment scheme, which (per the accounts) amounted to £105,877 against a budgeted figure of £105,019.38. Also for the additional charges made to Mrs Hillgarth and others, outside the scope of the approved refurbishment scheme, including those for a water tank replacement (£867.87), communal TV Sky and HD (£593) and Sky Dish reinstall re cable (£250). Also for keys (£50), a charge made exclusively to Mrs Hillgarth.
Mrs Hillgarth’s charge of £50 for new keys was in fact the third Lessee to request same, who were charged identical amounts. It was not a charge made exclusively to Mrs Hillgarth being yet another erroneous innuendo.
The requested invoices you refer to amount in total to 14 and as you correctly acknowledge were offered to be couriered over by your requested deadline of close of play 8 April 2016 to your office in Hammersmith in our letter dated 1 April 2016 which was not replied to.
