The Dental Entrepreneur

The only strategies that will give you a chance to survive and prosper are to prepay debt and
to pay off credit card balances religiously. This means living below your means which is
considered un American by most people. Prepaying debt strategies are beyond the scope of
this writing but it is imperative to learn more about them. Credit cards are so much a part of
our daily life that to not have one is almost an inconvenience. I would recommend having only
one and paying off the balance monthly. Also get a card with a rewards program. This business
is pretty completive and with a decent credit rating you can find more favorable terms. If you
cannot pay your card off monthly and find yourself falling behind then cut the card up, you
    cannot afford it.

The good news about financial literacy is that you can get on the right side of this. Adding a
small amount toward the principal can save you literally tens of thousands of dollars that fall
quickly onto the asset side of your financial stamen. You can then put this money to work and
build your net worth exponentially. Find a mortgage calculation software that will allow you to
look at various prepayment scenarios. This will greatly assist you in develop a strategy.
Skipping a view consumable expenses and applying to principle will help you to. I know most
of you spend $100 - $200 per month at Starbucks. That’s a layup!

Here is a recent read that really does a great job of covering all the points I have mentioned.
Especially his excellent expose of all of the hidden fees in the financial services world. Making
money is one side of the equation but I want you to know keeping it is almost equally as
    important.
