    5.   Exit Interviews

    Another one here that causes a lot of discomfort amongst dentists, hence they wont do it
    hence another huge tactical advantage for you . Dentists should contact every patient who
    requests a records transfer to ask if they would meet with you or at least talk to you on the
    phone about why they are leaving. Finding out what is going wrong in your practice is painful
    but invaluable.  It is usually something that you have absolutely no clue about.

    I think the effectiveness of the Fantastic Five is how they are PERCIEVED by the patient. The
    patient responds very positively to these because they are VALUE PROPOSITIONS. And they
    hit their value buttons and as I have stated before, people don’t shop for healthcare entirely on
    price, they are specifically looking for value.


    Branding

    Branding is one of the most crucial exercises in the start-up or even renaming of an existing
    practice. I have an exact protocol that saves tens of thousands of dollars on Google
    advertising by achieving stellar organic positioning using a few simple tactics.
