Decadent Beef Lo Mein







                                                                                                                                   Ingredients                                            Instructions

                                                                                                                                   8 oz. Flank Steak, sliced                              1.  Thinly slice flank steak against the grain, and
                                                                                                                                                                                              lightly season with salt and pepper. Set aside.
                                                                                                                                   8 oz. Lo Mein Noodles

                                                                                                                                   1 tsp Ambrosia  Sesame Oil                             2.  In a small bowl whisk together the brown

                                                                                                                                                                                              sugar, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, sesame oil,
                                                                                                                                   VEGETABLES                                                 sriracha and pepper. Set aside
                                                                                                                                   1 tbsp Ambrosia  Extra Virgin Olive Oil                3.  In a large pot with boiling water, cook the lo

                                                                                                                                   3 Garlic Cloves, minced                                    mein noodles according to package directions.
                                                                                                                                                                                              Drain the noodles and toss with 1 teaspoon
                                                                                                                                   1 ½ tsp Minced Ginger                                      sesame oil to coat, set aside.

                                                                                                                                   1 cup Broccoli Florets                                 4.  While the pasta is cooking, add olive oil to a
                                                                                                                                   1 cup Zucchini, halved and sliced                          large skillet. Add in the minced garlic  and
                                                                                                                                                                                              ginger, and stir fry for 30 seconds.
                                                                                                                                   ¼ cup Onion, sliced
                                                                                                                                                                                          5.  Add the thinly sliced steak, and cook for 2-3
                                                                                                                                   8 oz. Ambrosia  Mushrooms, Pieces & Stems                  minutes, until no longer pink.

                                                                                                                                   8 oz. Ambrosia  Fire Roasted Red Peppers,

                                                                                                                                   Sliced                                                 6.  Remove steak from pan, leaving any juices
                                                                                                                                                                                              and oil behind.
                                                                                                                                   8 oz. Ambrosia  Water Chestnuts, drained
                                                                                                                                                   ®
                                                                                                                                                                                          7.  Add  all  the  other  vegetables,  and  cook  for
                                                                                                                                   SAUCE                                                      3-5 minutes, until everything is crisp tender.

                                                                                                                                   3 tbsp Packed Brown Sugar                                  If needed, add a little more oil.

                                                                                                                                   ½ cup Ambrosia  Soy Sauce                              8.  Now add the thinly sliced steak back in, as

                                                                                                                                                                                              well as the lo mein noodles, and pour the
                                                                                                                                   3 tbsp Ambrosia  Hoisin Sauce                              sauce over the top.

                                                                                                                                                                                          9.  Toss until fully incorporated, and cook for 1-2
                                                                                                                                   1 tsp Huy Fong  Sriracha                                   more minutes to ensure veggies are tender
                                                                                                                                                  ®
                                                                                                                                                                                              and sauce starts to thicken.
                                                                                                                                   ¼ tsp Pepper
