Decadent Beef Lo Mein
Ingredients Instructions
8 oz. Flank Steak, sliced 1. Thinly slice flank steak against the grain, and
lightly season with salt and pepper. Set aside.
8 oz. Lo Mein Noodles

3 Garlic Cloves, minced mein noodles according to package directions.
Drain the noodles and toss with 1 teaspoon
1 ½ tsp Minced Ginger sesame oil to coat, set aside.
1 cup Broccoli Florets 4. While the pasta is cooking, add olive oil to a
1 cup Zucchini, halved and sliced large skillet. Add in the minced garlic and
ginger, and stir fry for 30 seconds.
¼ cup Onion, sliced
5. Add the thinly sliced steak, and cook for 2-3

well as the lo mein noodles, and pour the
3 tbsp Ambrosia Hoisin Sauce sauce over the top.

2 tsp Ambrosia Sesame Oil

9. Toss until fully incorporated, and cook for 1-2
1 tsp Huy Fong Sriracha more minutes to ensure veggies are tender
®
and sauce starts to thicken.
¼ tsp Pepper
