‫العدد () يناير‬ By air freight, Qatari customs seize 81,000 Captagon tablets

Air Cargo Customs Department and the private airports of the State of Qatar managed to seize a large amount
of Captagon, amounting to 81,568 tablets. The seizure was carried out by the Air Cargo Customs Department.
A customs officer suspected a shipment of lighting tools. The shipment was inspected and discovered that
prohibited pills are in the recesses of the wooden box. Handed over the materials and the contraband to the
Anti-Narcotics Department at the Ministry of Interior.
