               Delivery Unit: Registrar and Admission Services (RAS)

                     The initiative to automate the admission and registration services of the Registrar,
                       issuance of credentials and on line grading system. The system was successfully
                       developed thru the ingenuity of IT Instructors and consolidated efforts of the faculty
                       and Registrar personnel in feeding data. Hence, access and retrieval of requested
                       documents  by  clientele  are  done  in  three  minutes  and  even  less  making  Potia
                       campus compliant with the Citizens Charter adapted by the University.
                     The  initiative  to  amalgamate  curriculum  offerings  in  all  SUC’s  to  attain  uniform
                       curricula as a means to modernize academic processes and adapt to international
                       standards.
                     Maintain  master  list  of  enrollment  data,  graduates,  and  transferees  that  will
                       systematically supply data/reports required by CHED, PRC, accrediting agencies,
                       researches,  normative  financing  scheme  assessment  and  other  offices  for
                       efficiency and consistency.
                     Maintain, kept and constant upgrade of scholastic records of students (individual),
                       as legal basis in conducting continuing evaluation of their academic performance.
                       The  same  will  serve  as  a  basis  in  giving  reminders,  advice  during  enrollment,
                       giving academic load, shifting to other courses, and taking examinations. This will
                       further serve in certifying, verifying, and authenticating  academic credentials of
                       clients. This is done by each colleges in coordination with the Registrar.
                     The initiative of IFSU leaders to improve infra structure projects thereby promoting
                       operational delivery of Admin and Registrar services.
                     The initiative to generate funds to equip delivery units of computers, printers to
                       enhance delivery of services.
                     The endless initiative of review and revision of curriculum and program offerings
                       for growth and development.
                     Constant coordination with College Deans and Program chairpersons regarding
                       academic processes and implementation of Policy Guidelines of curriculum.
