here is a homeless gentleman who sits outside of
our store a lot. He appears to suffer from mental health issues and struggles with his day-to-day. Matt went outside and talked with him, sat with him, and bought him food. A customer coming into our store – who just so happened to be a nurse – complimented Matt and collaborated with him to find a place of shelter for this man. Matt called a nearby pastor and asked if the church could help with housing. He also bought the gentleman a gift card to use in the meantime. The kindness in Matt’s heart truly shined through as so many people are quick
to just call the police and complain. It was nice to see some compassion, especially in times like these. We are so incredibly proud to have someone like Matt as a part of our Flock.
