Josue goes above and beyond for his fellow Associates. Valuing People is his top priority! We have a supported Associate, Neil Raimo, who has been at our store for 19
years. Neil loves to dance, sing and absolutely loves wrestling, specifically the WWE. Josue found out that Neil had never been to a live event and wanted to remedy that. Josue picked Neil up from his group home and took him to a live WWE wrestling event! He not only purchased the tickets for Neil
to go but got the closest seats available, so Neil was able to
see his idols up close! This was amazing to me because Josue made a dream of Neil’s come true and Neil was overwhelmed with joy. Josue demonstrates to the team how we can make an impact on someone’s life by doing nice gestures and helping others achieve their dreams. He encourages his team to believe that they can be anything they want, and the sky is the limit. I would like to thank Josue for everything he does daily because he truly does model the way to Value People in our store.
