arcella is a delight to have behind the register.
We often receive great compliments from our
guests about her service. We have a regular customer that comes in with his son, Brandon, who has Down Syndrome. Brandon does not like to make eye contact or talk to anyone. Little by little, Marcella was able to get him to open up a bit and acknowledge her. In fact, Brandon was excited about our new ‘I love Wawa’ t-shirts’, so Marcella used her Goosebumps to purchase a t-shirt and sunglasses for Brandon. He was so thrilled to receive his Wawa gear! Thank you, Marcella, for truly Delighting Customers.
