A customer, who is 71-years-old and in poor health typically has her friend do her shopping for her but her
friend happened to be in the hospital, leaving the customer without provisions for that week. The customer was looking for the phone number to her local Wawa but 411 kept
giving her the wrong number, so she called Brian’s store to get the number she needed. Without pause, Brian offered
to do her shopping for her and delivered it. The customer called twice in a matter of hours singing Brian’s praises!
She said several times that Brian, “saved her backside in the heatwave by bringing her Wawa Iced Tea” along with other products. Thank you, Brian, for showing the true meaning of Delighting Customers.
