ianne recognized that one of our customers was
going to be alone for Thanksgiving, so she went
out of her way to plate up a home-cooked meal for him. When the customer came in on Thanksgiving, she gave him the dish and he was truly touched. This is the kind of Associate that knows how to Delight Customers. This was such an endearing gesture of kindness for Lianne to do for someone she barely knows and really shows what kind of heart she has.
