This morning a customer alerted Erica and Hannah of a scary situation she was in. She let them know that a man approached her at the ATM, told her to take money out for him and follow him to another location. Hannah and Erica alerted the Manager on Duty of the situation to ensure the safety of our customers and staff, and then proceeded to walk the customer to her car. They identified the vehicle the man was in and were able to properly report it if need be. These two Associates kept this customer safe while managing and reporting a dangerous situation. A counselor from this customer’s school called the store and commended the Associates for providing a safe environment for this customer until she was able to leave the property.
