VALUES DAY DECEMBER 3, 2020
Every year, Values Day is a celebration of the Six Core Values that make us unique. Typically held in May and December, Values Day gives us all a chance to take a pause and talk about what our Values mean to us, while celebrating all the Values Champions in our midst.
This year, due to the circumstances created by COVID-19, we consolidated Values Day into one extremely meaningful day held on December 3, 2020.
As a small token of appreciation, we distributed Wawa branded wallets to all of our more than 36,000 Associates, as one way to thank each and every one of you for your incredible commitment to Embracing Change, and always keeping our Values in your back pocket. As we often say about our Associates in Need Fund, a little change can make a lot of change. This year you all proved that with change comes innovation and strength if we lean on our Values as our compass and guiding light.
This Values Day, we also launched our first-ever digital Values Storybook, which you are reading right now! This year you can access our 12th Annual Storybook on MyWawaHub and listen to it through special audio recordings, making it the most interactive and exciting Values Storybook to-date.
More than ever, Values Day is a day to honor all of you, for your commitment to keeping our Values alive even during the toughest of times. To all our incredible Associates, thank you and Happy Values Day!
