2. Must have a GWA of al least 2.5 or better for the academic terms
already completed with no grade of 5.0, 4.0 and/or incomplete in
any subject. Thereafter, grantee must maintain a GWA of 2.5 or
higher every academic term; otherwise, the scholarship privileges
will be suspended and will be restored only upon obtaining the
required GWA;

3. Must enroll in a reputable university whose recognized areas of
distinctive competence includes the course of the applicant has
been granted Center of Excellence/COD for that course; and

4. Applicant is not a recipient of any other form of financial
assistance from any donor, whether private or government.

b. Payment of stipend and other allowances to University sponsored scholar
will be as follows, subject to the availability of funds:

a) Ph. D.
Monthly stipend:
In Metro Manila – P7,000.00
Outside Isabela but within Region II - 5,000.00

2,000.00 – book allowance/semester
1,000.00– book allowance/summer
b) MS/MA
Monthly Stipend:

In Metro Manila – P6,000.00
Outside Isabela but within Region II - 4,000.00

2,000.00 – book allowance/semester
1,000.00 – book allowance/summer
c) BS/Undergraduate
Monthly Stipend:

In Metro Manila - P 4,000.00
Outside Isabela but within Region II - 3,500.00

2,000.00 – book allowance/semester
1,000.00– book allowance/summer
d) Those who have availed outside scholarship grants with lower monthly
stipend shall receive the difference from the University.
