2. Vice President for Academic Affairs;
3. Concerned director of non-teaching academic
units/research/extension/production;
4. Director for Planning (or head of the Planning Unit or its equivalent); and
5. Two (2) Representatives nominated by the duly accredited faculty
association and NASA, or if there is no accredited faculty association,
representatives chosen through general elections. The term of office of
the representatives shall be determined by the PERC.
The head of office/department or division chiefs are automatic members of the PERC
during the review of their subordinates performance targets and standards, and
performance ratings.

1.b.1 Review of Employee’s Performance Targets
The PERC initiates the review and comparative assessment of employee’s
performance targets to ensure rationalization of employee workload particularly of those
holding similar position and working under same work conditions and recommends
necessary modifications/corrective action, if necessary.
