Bukit Canberra Hawker Centre is my favourite weekend
spot. The moment I step in, the air is filled with the
mouth-watering smell of sizzling food and freshly
brewed coffee. People from all walks of life gather there,
laughing, chatting, and enjoying good food together.
Out of all the colourful stalls, one always catches my eye:
Twenty 6 Gusto House.
It is not a big or fancy place, but it serves something truly
unforgettable: the charcoal burger. With soft black buns,
crunchy lettuce, juicy tomatoes, grilled chicken, melted
cheese, and creamy mayonnaise, it is a feast for the
senses. The secret? A touch of truffle that makes every
bite smell and taste amazing.
For a long time, I wondered why the delicious burger
was not being served in a high-end restaurant. One day, Hawker culture is the heartbeat of Singapore. It teaches
