Eco-solution 1 - Streamlining the Candle-Making
                                                                 Process
                                                                 After  understanding  Lynk  Fragrances'  business  operations,
                                                                 our  team  noticed  that  candle-making  consumes  the  most
                                                                 electricity among their products.

                                                                 Our team streamlined the candle-making process by reducing
                                                                 the number of steps significantly from seven to three, aiming
                                                                 to reduce the electricity consumption. As such, they integrated
                                                                 the  processes  of  melting  wax,  mixing  in  scent,  pouring  the
                                                                 wax, and maintaining its temperature into a single step by a
                                                                 combined equipment.

                                                                 reducing  the  number  of  steps  required  to  create  candles.
                                                                 With  a  5.44kg  capacity  and  temperature  control  ranging
                                                                 from 26-100°C, it allows bulk melting of wax, maintaining an
                                                                 optimal temperature to prevent solidification. The quick pour
                                                                 spout ensures efficient and precise pouring, reducing waste
                                                                 and  improving  workflow.  By  consolidating  melting,  keeping
                                                                 temperature, and pouring, the melter minimises the number
                                                                 of production steps, saving electricity and enhancing overall
                                                                 efficiency for Lynk Fragrances.
