Meredith Family Housing, Meredith, NH - Engineering services for a 32 unit housing project consisting of four buildings with
eight units and a mix of one, two and three bedroom units. Total project was ~ 35,600 sq. ft. Project also included relocation of
six pre-manufactured homes.
NeighborWorks, Greater Manchester Mammoth Road Manchester, NH - Engineering services for the a phases project. The
First Phase will be for 38 living units and a community building. The Second Phase will be for 40 living units. There was four
(4) basic unit types; a small 2-bedroom townhouse, a large 2-bedroom townhouse, a 3 bedroom townhouse and single level 2-
bedroom ADA unit.
Londonderry Town Homes - Phase II, NeighborWorks Southern NH, Mammoth Road, Londonderry, NH
Engineering services for 33 living units. There was two (2) basic unit types; (1) 5-unit and (4) 7-unit buildings. Engineering work
was to provide design of heating, ventilation, plumbing, fire protection, lighting, power, fire alarm and communications systems.
NeighborWorks, 315 Daniel Webster Highway, Merrimack, NH - Engineering for a new (6) 5-unit townhouse buildings and
(3) 5-unit townhouses with ADA flat, 45 units total. Design and layout of radon, sanitary, domestic water heating, heating,
ventilation, exhaust, electrical power, interior lighting, fire alarm and pathways.
Neighborworks, Pine Street, Nashua, NH - Engineering services a new ± 2,400 sq. ft. duplex townhouse. Each apartment to
have independent MEP systems, no fire protection is anticipated. Engineering work is for the design and layout of plumbing,
domestic water, sanitary drainage, mechanical heating, ventilation, air conditioning, general exhaust, electrical power, interior
lighting, fire alarm and pathways for phone/data/security systems.
Plymouth Veterans Housing, Plymouth, NH - Engineering services for a new ±30,000 sq. ft. two story wood framed building
with thirty (30) one bedroom units and common community, office and laundry spaces. Engineering work was for the design and
layout of fire protection, sanitary, domestic water, heating, ventilation, power, interior lighting, fire alarm, intercom notification,
data, CATV and pathways for security systems.
Riverbend Mill, CATCH Housing, Franklin, NH - Engineering services for the renovation of a 3 story mill building to create
seventeen (17) one-bedroom, (28) two-bedroom units and common/laundry areas on each floor. Work was for the design and
layout of fire protection, sanitary, domestic water, heating, exhaust, ventilation,limited air conditioning, electric power, interior
lighting, fire alarm and pathways for data/CATV/security systems.

Riversedge Housing, Laconia, NH - Engineering services for a three-story renovation with 32 apartment units, administrative
office, meeting room and laundry; total building is approximately 41,000 sq. ft.
Washington Park Apartments, Auditorium/Cafeteria/New 132 Unit Building Keene,NH - Engineering services for the
auditorium and cafeteria section oft he KMS , the first tenant fitup project, this first phase was to provide an independent HVAC,
domestic water and electric service that can be metered separately from the rest of the existing building. The tenant spaces are on
three levels and include approximately 28,700 sq. ft.. The second phase was for a new four (4) story residential building with a
total of 132 living units. The living units are a mix of one and two bedroom apartments. The Third phase for was to provide core
and shell sanitary and domestic water services, an HVAC system ready for extension of distribution by the tenant, an electrical
power panel ready for circuiting by the tenant and modification to the fire alarm system updated to current code. The common
areas of the building were finished with plumbing, HVAC and electrical systems complete.
Washington Park Apartments, Industrial Arts Building, Keene, NH - Engineering services for the ± 6,400 square foot two
story industrial arts building fit-up into four apartments. Engineering work was for the design and layout of sprinkler, plumbing,
domestic water,sanitary drainage, mechanical heating, ventilation, air conditioning, general exhaust, electrical power,interior
lighting, fire alarm and pathways for phone/data/security systems.
