SPLS 104 ASSESMENT TASK 1 SEAN ROGERS
The governance structure of non-profit organizations generally involves 3 key elements the
administrative board, governing board and subcommittees. As indicated by the image the top level
consists of voluntary members whose purpose is to provide an object and ensure accountability ,the
second layer is often paid executive members in charge of decision making and the bottom layer are
essentially volunteers who carry are responsible for roll out and execution. (Razavan, 2018 )
