Profit sports structure

For the profit enterprise there is a board on the top layer. These are the people who have the most
authority within the organization, this will include the chairman below that would be the board of
directors. Below the board of directors are the chief executive officer. To some up all of the different
structures, it all basically has a hierarchy and all structures requires a book keeper. The big
difference would obviously be the financial differences in the difference organizations as well as the
mission/purpose.

There are certainly advantages and disadvantages of these organizations. One of the disadvantages
of the nonprofit sports organization is that there is often a lack of funds. There is not a consistent
source of income. As mentioned above it relies heavily on donations. This entails that some months
they receive plenty of donations and other months they receive little to non-donations. This is often
challenging as these people work extremely hard without getting any reward which is certainly a
disadvantage. An advantage of nonprofit organization sports is that these sporting programs bring
the communities together weekly. The organization becomes a second home for plenty living in the
communities especially the disadvantaged communities. It distracts children in disadvantaged
