    Gluten Free Pizza
Ingredients
• 3/4 cup warm water(between 110-120 degrees F)
• 1tbsp sugar
• 1packetyeast(1/4 oz.)
• 300g gluten-free flour blend
• 100g cheese ofchoice

• 1tsp salt
• 1large egg
• 1tbsp olive oil
• Toppings ofchoice

Method
1.Mixwarm water,sugar,andyeast.Letitsit untilproofed.

6.Spread som e tom ato puree onto the base. Leave a little bit of space betw een the sauce and the edges.
