    Jerk Chicken
With Potato Wedges

Ingredients:
Method
• 1 tbsp al lspice berries (O R m ix together equalparts ground nutm eg,cinnam on,and cloves)
• 1tbsp black peppercorns
• 1tbsp dried chiliflakes
• 2 tbsp honey
• A few sprigs fresh flat-leaf parsley
• •
1.Place the alspice berries,peppercorns and c h il li f la k e s in a p e s t le a n d m o r t a r u n t il fine,then m ix in the honey
2.Finely chop the herbs,chilies,garlic and ginger,add to the spice m ixture
Fresh coriander
• 2 red chilis
• 1clove garlic
•3cm piecefreshginger,peeled
• 2 spring onions ,trim m ed and finely sliced • O liv e o il
• 600g chicken
