Jeremy Lutes was born and raised in Wolfville,
Nova Scotia.

Jeremy is involved in two businesses which are both
focused in the energy management field.
Equilibrium Engineering focuses on Commercial
Energy Efficiency projects, while Thermo Homes is
a residential energy services firm specializing in
spray foam insulation and energy management for
the home owner.

Jeremy is engaged in his community having just
spent 6 years on the Annapolis Valley Chamber of
Commerce BOD, which included one year as
Jeremy Lutes President. During his time as President, Jeremy
founded the Young Business Leaders committee
Partner which is focused on keeping the quality 20-30
Equilibrium Engineering Inc. somethings in rural Nova Scotia.

Cindy started her career as an Athletic Therapist
graduating from UNB Fredericton in 1996 followed
by Sheridan College in Oakville, ON in 1999. She
returned to her hometown of Miramichi, NB to
work in a physiotherapy clinic as well to work with
the city’s first junior A hockey club.
Now in Moncton, NB with CBI Health Group
formerly, Occupational Concepts, since 2005, Cindy
is working as Field Services Manager and is able to
continue her role in helping others by coordinating
and managing a team of kinesiologists and
occupational therapists with a mission of getting
people back to living.
