since his start in the summer of 2006. Starting out as
an apprentice carpenter, his leadership was quickly
recognized when he was promoted to lead-hand
after only 7 months on the job. Over the next few
years, he would become Plant Supervisor,
Production Director and finally, Business
Development Manager.
