For over thirty years, Melody’s focus in bringing
high quality childcare programs for children and
families has never wavered.
Wee College was born through a passion and desire
to empower parents, inspire teachers and create an
environment of living, loving and learning for
children. In 2015 Melody joined The Wallace Mc
Cain Institute - ELP 8 nominated by Cathy Sweet
ELP5 and her business took on a new direction. As
the first of her cohort to do a Deep Dive, Melody
soon discovered that she was in the business of
creating opportunities for others through not only
franchising yet through the development of the Wee
College Guardian software. (a Campus management
software)…the game changer. Today, Wee College
has fifteen licensed centers in New Brunswick,
Melody Munro licensed curriculum and launches the Guardian,
WMI August 2019 to industry at large.
Founder & CEO Today, she welcomes the opportunity to give back
Wee College Inc and moves to the new role of sponsor. Melody
