Leah entered the dental industry and joined the
Smile Science team in 2019 with five years of
management experience and a Bachelor of Science
in Kinesiology from UNB. As Office Manager,
Leah is passionate about the correlation between
health and success in the workplace. She believes
healthy employees are the happiest employees; the
overall well-being of each individual team member
directly contributes to a positive, productive
workplace.

In addition to fostering a collaborative work
environment at Smile Science, Leah also oversees
office operation, marketing and public relations. Her
goal is to help facilitate ongoing growth and
Leah Olsen continue building a trusting team that works
SEP13 efficiently while providing superior client care.

Andy is an entrepreneur and sales leader with deep
experience in the creation and growth of start-up
ventures. As CEO he co-founded SecureReset,
(acquired 2015) which automates network password
resets through mobile devices and Equals6.com ,
(acquired 2016) where colleges and universities
empower students and engage alumni through
structured mentoring. His latest venture,
SalesPlays.co (launching 2019) is a full-stack sales
consultancy leveraging his proven growth
experience.
Andy has previously occupied various technical and
operational roles with the Royal Canadian Navy,
Andy Osburn primarily in the areas of oceanography, underwater
ELP6 acoustics and combat control systems.
GM Canada Driven in both professional and personal pursuits,
Core Security Andy has successfully competed at Ironman
Halifax Nova Scotia Triathlons in Canada and the United States.
