Alicia Phillips was born and grew up in Fredericton,
New Brunswick. She has a passion for health and
wellness and has been trained in Holistic Nutrition,
Reiki, Pilates, Yoga. While being pregnant her
partner decided to grow a beard which would launch
Alicia into the entrepreneur world as the CEO for
Educated Beards. Alicia has embraced learning and
growing into her position and continues to succeed
in her role while balancing family time.

Employing between 15 to 20 employees in
New-Brunswick, V. Pitre Fondation has been
operating in the Chaleur for the past 35 years.
Making its debut in residential foundations, the
company has grown significantly with major
contracts. Today, V. Pitre Fondation currently
undertakes projects all over Atlantic Canada.
Specializing in commercial and industrial concrete
formwork covering many industries including
forestry, mining, manufacturing and energy
construction projects. Sébastien has been employed
with the family business since the age of 14.
