Lisa is a professional accountant with over 20 years
                                                    of experience across the public, private and
                                                    non-profit sectors in all areas of internal operations
                                                    and governance.
                                                    Lisa is a business graduate of l’Université de
                                                    Moncton with a specialty in Management
                                                    Information Systems and a CPA. She is also a
                                                    member of the WMI 2iC4 cohort.
                                                    Her approach to her work is to ensure that the
                                                    people she works with internally and externally
                                                    have the information and advice they need to help
                                                    the organization run as effectively as possible. She
                                                    believes strongly in helping foster entrepreneurship
                                                    and intrapreneurship in the Maritimes.
                                                    When not working with numbers, she can be found
                                                    at home with family, playing volleyball with friends
                                                    or reading a book.

                                                    Jean-Robert is the vice president of Les Cuisines
                                                    Roi's Kitchens Ltd. His father, Gerald Roy, started
                                                    his business in 1975 with a butcher shop. Now the
                                                    company as several lines of products, including
                                                    salted meats, sandwiches & subs, sauces, deli meats,
                                                    pies (meat, chicken,ect..) and seafood (chowder,
                                                    pies ect...). JR joined the family business in 2002.
                                                    He is now the production manager and starting to
                                                    work with his father to start managing the company
                                                    with his sister, Marie-Christine, who is the
                                                    company's Quality control manager.
                                                    He is looking to grow the company to create
                                                    employment in the region and to promote the great
                                                    products New-Brunswick and the Atlantic provinces
