been working in property management, commercial
development consulting and multi-residential
housing markets for the past seven years.
Melissa has worked through Urban Canvas
implementing full project design for high end multi
residential projects throughout New Brunswick. She
specializes in interior design for new builds and
repositions, as well as creating unique branding and
marketing strategies for developing companies.
Over the last two years Melissa and her partners
have brought their market analysis experience and
forward thinking innovation together to bring Oasis
Trampoline Park to life in Saint John, NB. Melissa
also acts as COO of the 21,500sq ft park, overseeing
Melissa Roy daily operations, creating policy and procedure and
ELP12Th working to implement an open and tenacious
CEO company culture.

Dave started his career as a touring audio tech
providing support as a system tech and monitor tech
for national touring acts. Doing the same show night
after night quickly lost its glamour so Dave decided
to explore his options. This is when he jumped into
audiovisual design and installation, leaving the
touring world behind. He spent 10 years as
Installations Manager at Tour Tech East moving on
to Backman Vidcom roughly 7 years ago. After a
change of ownership at Backman, Dave was asked
to join the new owners as a managing partner. In his
current role as VP Technology, Dave has the
privilege of leading an outstanding team of highly
skilled audiovisual system designers and installers.
