Steve is the Business Manager and co-founder of
Foghorn Brewing Company in Rothesay and
Quispamsis, New Brunswick. He and his business
partner Andrew “Esty” Estabrooks opened Foghorn
in 2016.
Prior to founding Foghorn, Steve spent his twenties
studying and teaching in academia, earning three
degrees along the way (BSc. Environmental
Biology, BA Philosophy, MA History and
Philosophy of Science), before returning home to
work as a researcher and project manager.
In 2019 Foghorn expanded operations with a
production and packaging brewery in Quispamsis
increasing capacity four-fold.

Tim is a Principal at Fundy Engineering. He is a
committed corporate builder who centres on
enhancing strategic initiatives that match clients’
engineering, environmental, and project
management needs with quality and cost-efficient
professional services. At Fundy Engineering, Tim is
responsible for business development, team building
and leadership, client relationships, resource
planning, and budgeting. He is a licensed and
practicing Engineer in NB, NS, and Alberta.

Tim is actively connected with his community.
