Over the past 15 years, Erin has worked for large
companies across Atlantic Canada in business
development & communications. Her combination
of experience, education and passion led her to
purchase Kent & White Insurance with her husband
at the beginning of 2020.
Erin has been running the business development
side of Kent & White for the past 2 years. In the
role of Chief Revenue Officer, Erin is passionate
about growing the company in ways that meet their
commitment to "Comfort. Always." She is the mom
to a four year old son, and dedicated to her family
and enhancing her community.

Marc received his Honours degree from NSAC in
1997. Although the entrepreneurial sprit challenged
him to follow various opportunities, his heart
always led back to the growing business of
agriculture and back to the family farm in
Kensington, PEI to make his mark.
In a hiatus from entrepreneurship Marc also spent a
year in the greenhouse business in Mexico gaining
valuable knowledge and contacts to bring back
home. Currently Schurman Family Farm is a 1.8
acre greenhouse operation proudly supplying
tomatoes, cucumbers and peppers to retailers across
Atlantic Canada. Marc’s edge in the business has
been in his ability to grow these crops and many

other speciality products 52 weeks a year when no
