Although Dr. Amy prefers to start her day with
coffee in bed (her hubby is awesome) she never
shies away from a challenge or a hard day of work.
She bought her first veterinary hospital in 2001, two
years after graduating from veterinary school. In
2012 she opened her second veterinary hospital in
Conception Bay South, Newfoundland. Having two
hospitals in two different provinces wasn’t enough
of a challenge for her so she opened a third
veterinary hospital in St. John’s, Newfoundland in
April 2018.
Amy’s passion is excellent hospitals that create the
Maximum experience for their patients, clients and
the team. Amy and her business partner, Dr. Lesley
Steele, have Virtual Veterinary Solutions Inc up

Brian became a 3rd generation insurance broker in
2009 with Kent & White and President in 2015.
Since then, the team has doubled and the company
has seen its highest level of growth in its 70 year
history. He has held several volunteer roles with the
Insurance Brokers Association of NB (IBANB)
including President & Chair of the Board, and the
Insurance Brokers Association of Canada (IBAC)
where he is in his second term on the Board. In
2018, Brian was named one of the most influential
individuals under 35 in the Canadian insurance
industry by Insurance Business Magazine. The team
