Born and raised in the Moncton area, Daniel has
been working along side his father with Postech
since 2007. In 2008, Daniel became a partner and
took over the GM position and now manages the 16
Postech sub-dealers they have in the Maritimes
which he continues to develop and grow. In 2018,
he entered Postech in to the US market currently
supporting 4 Dealers.

Daniel owns and runs Postech Moncton, Postech
Maine LLC, Postech Maritimes Inc, is a part owner
in the Postech Fredericton business. Always looking
for a new challenge, his passion within the Postech
world is to offer solutions for failing foundations via
screw piles and performing complex installations.
Daniel Smith He’s is an avid sailor who spends a lot of his spare
ELP10F time working on his current sailboat which someday
President he plans to sail to Alaska.

Jenelle is the Managing Partner, of Code + Mortar
(formerly norex.ca ), an interactive web and
invention firm, globally recognized by the Webby’s
(the Oscars of the web).
In January 2019, Jenelle launched RIDDL, a SaaS
platform that provides proprietary data to impact
investors. RIDDL's public product release is March
2020.
In 2019, Jenelle received the runner-up prize for
RIDDL in the NBIF Breakthru competition, Jenelle
was recognized as the National Emerging Leader in
ICT (2017), and was awarded St Francis Xavier
University’s Young Alumna of the Year (2017).
Jenelle received Digital Nova Scotia’s Power IT Up
Next generation Award (2016), was recognized as
one of the Halifax Chamber of Commerce’s Change
Jenelle Sobey Agents of the Year (2015). She has been recognized
ELP9 as one of 21 emerging leaders in New Brunswick by
Managing Partner 21inc (2013) and one of 20 in Atlantic Canada by
R I D D L 4Front (2014).
