investment-banking on Bay Street. He brought with
him an eye for growth markets and experience with
cross-border deals, and — in his first two years —
led the company’s expansion into the Asia-Pacific
region. Eager to modernize the company for another
generation of rapid growth, he has also been focused
on developing in-house efficiencies and
streamlining the manufacturing process. He lives an
active lifestyle with his wife, Melissa, on the Saint
John River, where they enjoy sailing and
kitesurfing. He has an M.Sc . Finance from the
Schulich School of Business, an M.B.A. from
Memorial University of Newfoundland and a
B.Comm. from Dalhousie University.
Fancy Pokket is one of Eastern Canada's leading
manufacturers of pita bread, flat bread, bagels and
tortilla wraps. With a 45,000 sq. ft. facility in
Moncton, NB, Fancy Pokket will soon be opening a
58,000 sp. ft. gluten-free facility in Lancaster, South
Carolina. In his role as Project Manager, Nader
focuses on research and development for new and
existing products, BRC compliance, equipment
procurement and marketing. Nader also manages
company-wide information technology initiatives
including network infrastructure and security.
