Atlantic Canada with highly credentialed coaches
who share Dave’s vision for coaching leaders

In 2008, Vision Coaching earned the Board of
Trade’s Outstanding Achievement Award in the
“Emerging Enterprise” category.

airports and other secure facilities, cities, and more.
John provides strategic and operational leadership at
Trecan in a number of functional areas. He has
worked as an executive and consultant in Canada,
the United States and 15 other countries. His work
has included planning & managing rapid enterprise
growth, improving business operations in various
functional areas, turnarounds, business
development, establishing international joint
ventures & other strategic alliances, planning &
directing projects in Asia, MENA, &
post-communist Europe, mobilizing project
financing, and mentoring. Other experience includes
working as a consultant to the World Bank and
John Wanczycki similar financing institutions, providing training in
2iC10 various countries on strategic alliance-building, and
COO acting as an advisor to governments in export

Halifax Nova Scotia environmental industry association and currently
serves on the Board of Shelter Nova Scotia. John
