Ali has been working for her family business,
Halifax Seed Company, since 2010 in a sales
position, most recently the Branch manager of Saint
John, and a member of the board and management
team. Halifax Seed was established in 1866 making
it Canada’s oldest continuously operating family
owned seed company. The company has evolved to
be a market leader within the agriculture and
horticulture industry in Atlantic Canada.

I am an experienced Chief Executive Officer with
over twenty-five years of demonstrated history in
