Lisa is the founder of Unicare Home Health Care
Inc., a home support company, that serves all of
Northumberland, Gloucester , York, Kent and
Westmorland Counties, NB. Her vision is to
educate, support and assist families in maintaining
quality of life in their homes.
Unicare began with one employee and has now
grown to approximately 200 employees.
Lisa has expanded and enlarged her territory to
include Bathurst and The Acadian Peninsula,
Moncton and Fredericton.
In February 2014, Lisa also founded Uniclean
Solutions Inc., an eco-friendly professional cleaning

company, to further serve existing clients and to
ELP5 create market share.

We are currently testing our product in-house and
will be ready for production in July 2019.
Scott's philosophy is that “if a person knows you
care about them and their needs, they will trust you
to take care of things on the business side and they
will perform better as employees”. This passion is
evident as one watches and listens to his dealings on
a day-to-day basis; in the office with his colleagues,
at business functions, or in the boardroom as he
leads his company alongside his partners. He is
constantly monitoring trends in his industry,
searching out better ways of doing things,
researching new technology and connecting with
experts in his field.
