Henry became passionate about entrepreneurship at
the age of 16. Feeling that his experience, education,
family situation and the timing was right he took the
plunge in 2018, quit his full time job and started
Enso Beverage Company Inc. Henry is married to
Stacie, has 2 children, Mya (16) and Ayden (18).
They also have 4 delightful little pugs who keep
them busy.
He began his career with JD Irving in 2003 after
graduating from the Chemical Technology program
at NBCC. Henry held various management roles
within JDI at various sites including Irving Tissue,
Lake Utopia and Brunswick News. Henry was most
passionate when leading change and loved helping
companies improve employee engagement and
profits. His career spanned technical, operations,
Henry Yates distribution, continuous improvement and supply
ELP12F chain functions.
Henry says that starting Enso has been the most

been involved in.

For eight generations my family has weathered the
ebb the flow of Bay of Fundy inshore traditional
fisheries. Resiliency, adaptive management and
sustainable practices have lead to our success.
Today as we begin to navigate uncharted waters of
the future and I relish the thought of being at the
helm.
For years I have been my father's first mate as he
has grown Young's Lobster Company Ltd into a
local leader in the seafood industry. As I steer the
company forward, I am eager to develop a business
strategy that will allow his legacy of hard work,
determination and success to continue.
