Josh is a Co-founder of Good Robot Brewing,
which includes a brewery, two bars, store, restaurant
and beer garden in the North End of Halifax, NS.
Josh loves marketing, sales, branding, culture and
leadership. He believes that great marketing is
simply great personality, good salespeople feel great
about themselves and others, and culture and brand
are the soul of an organization.
Josh's role at Good Robot is to tell the organization's
story to its guests, staff and stakeholders. Good
Robot has won multiple awards including the Silver
Award: Best New Business (Halifax Chamber of
Commerce, 2016) and 17 best-of awards including
Best Brewery and Best Bar in various Halifax
publications, but perhaps his proudest claim is to
have multiple staff members with the company logo

Blake grew up working alongside his father in the
family business. He has held positions in many
areas of the company which has led him to pick up
on many of the skills that allow him to solve
problems that arise in most aspects of the day to day
operations.
Blake currently heads the maintenance crews at
Twin Shores Camping Are and Darnley Greens Golf
Course. He also manages the staff and works as a
self taught repair technician for the laser tag field
and the campgrounds 30 game arcade.
In the tourism off season Blake works as a
supervisor at Baltic Creek Custom Woodwork
which includes the sawmill as well as the carpentry

and heavy equipment divisions of the company and
EChO4 specializes in prefab buildings and custom theming.
