Patti Hollenberg is the co-owner and Executive
                                                    Pastry Chef of Chess Piece Patisserie. She holds a
                                                    double degree in Culinary and Pastry Arts from the
                                                    Culinary Institute of Canada and sits on the Pastry
                                                    Advisory Board of the school as well.

                                                    A native of the East Coast, Patti always wanted to
                                                    move back and have a business in her home
                                                    province. Chess Piece Patisserie opened to the
                                                    public July of 2014 in Downtown Fredericton. With
                                                    the help of Internet article mentions from Buzzfeed
                                                    and Huffington Post, Chess Piece was later featured
                                                    on a Food Network Canada TV show called “The
                                                    Baker Sisters”. Chess Piece Patisserie was also
                                                    awarded the Fredericton Chamber of Commerce
                                                    Start Up Award in 2017, and in 2018 Patti was

           Chess Piece Patisserie                   and a seasonal house made ice cream truck that

                                                    Melissa Honour is Owner/Operator of Canadian
                                                    Tire Sussex, N.B. She is a Maritimer and Mt.
                                                    Allison B.Comm graduate. Her career started in
                                                    Toronto; climbing the ‘corporate ladder’. As
                                                    Category Business Manager, she was accountable
                                                    for a $150M portfolio making strategic business
                                                    decisions and negotiating multi-million dollar
                                                    contracts with vendor partners globally.
                                                    In Yorkton, S.K. she was General Manager where
                                                    she closed an old $17M, 26k sq ft CT store to
                                                    rebuild and grow revenue to $29M, 65k sq ft store,
                                                    in 3 years. These experiences and risks catapulted
                                                    her career to being accepted by Canadian
                                                    Corporation as the 16th female in a network of 500
                                                    Franchise Owners nationally.
                                                    Mt. Forest O.N. was the first store she owned. It

                                                    around, generating profit after several consecutive
