Blair has spent the last 25 years working to build
                                                    great Atlantic Canadian food brands here at home
                                                    and around the globe. He spent most of his career at
                                                    McCain International where he worked to build the
                                                    McCain brand in emerging markets around the
                                                    world. In 2014 Blair and Rosalyn achieved their
                                                    goal of having their own family business when they
                                                    purchased Mrs. Dunster’s in 2015. They have since
                                                    completed three more acquisitions and the company
                                                    has grown to be the largest family owned bakery in
                                                    Atlantic Canada with the most extensive line of
                                                    fresh baked goods of any bakery in the region. Mrs
                                                    Dunster’s distributes fresh baked goods to just about
                                                    every grocery store and many restaurants in the
                                                    Maritimes and Maine at least twice a week. Blair

                                                    Canada four times, he and Rosalyn have both been
                                                    finalist for EY Entrepreneur of the Year Award, and
           Mrs. Dunster's (1996) Inc.
                                                    Blair is a past winner of the WMI Carpe Diem
                                                    Award. He is currently the President of the Order of
                                                    the Wallace McCain Institute and holds the WMI

                                                    Emma was passionate about baking long before it
                                                    became a family business. After high school she
                                                    enrolled in the Pastry Arts Management Program at
                                                    Algonquin College in Ottawa, where she graduated
                                                    with honors in 2018.
                                                    After completing college, Emma joined Mrs.
                                                    Dunster’s as a a Senior Baker and is currently
                                                    working towards her Red Seal Pastry Chef
                                                    designation. She is also working across the business
                                                    in different jobs to learn as much as she can.
                                                    Being part of a family business is relatively new to
                                                    Emma so she’s eager to learn more and to see how
                                                    she can use her passion, education and experience to
