Rosalyn Hyslop, is a social entrepreneur who is
passionate about her family, the company she
co-owns with her husband Blair and the
communities they do business in. Rosalyn and her
husband achieved their goal of having their own
family business when they purchased Mrs.
Dunster’s in Sussex, NB in 2014. In 2018, the
company completed it’s fourth acquisition in as
many years. Mrs. Dunster’s is one of the fastest
growing companies in Atlantic Canada and is the
largest independently owned commercial bakery in
the region with distribution to more than 800 stores
and restaurants in Atlantic Canada and the State of
Maine.
In 2017, Mrs. Dunster’s was named Exporter of the
Year for the Province of NB, received Food in
Rosalyn Hyslop Canada Magazine Leadership Award, Rosalyn was
ELP11Th named a finalist for 2017 EY Entrepreneur of the
co-CEO Year and she and Blair were also named Huddle’s
Mrs. Dunster's (1996) Inc. 2017 Entrepreneurs of the Year. Rosalyn runs a
charity called Good Fit Book which recently
received the Marilyn Trenholme Counsell Literacy

husband Blair, and kids Josie, Emma, and Noah.

Steven is the founder and owner of Sperra
Construction Group Inc and Blackhawk Custom
Builders. Currently, Sperra Construction Group
focuses on commercial general contracting in all
Maritime Provinces with plans for expansion across
Canada over the next 5-10 years. Blackhawk
Custom Builders is a PEI only, residential general
contracting company with a primary focus on
Custom Deck designs and construction. Blackhawk
currently has a partnership with the hit TV series
“DECKED OUT” which airs on HGTV and offers
the opportunity of projects being aired on national
television.
