Andrew is a Partner in Deloitte's Risk Advisory
                                                    practice, specializing in the areas of cyber and
                                                    critical infrastructure security.


                                                    Formerly, Andrew was a founding partner in
                                                    Bulletproof.


                                                    His personal passion is sailing. He enjoys racing and
                                                    cruising with his family throughout the Maritimes,
                                                    and he has future dreams of tropical paradises.

                                                    Andrew also plays a bit of music, and enjoys
                                                    tromping around in the woods with his friends doing
                                                    adventure races.

                                                    Lisa is a fifth generation farmer from the Annapolis
                                                    Valley in Nova Scotia. She is co-owner and
                                                    President of Spurr Brothers Farms, a 1000 acre fruit
                                                    and vegetable operation with a packing facility and
                                                    retail market.
                                                    Before coming to the farm, she moved to Ontario
                                                    and received her Travel and Tourism Diploma. She
                                                    worked in the travel industry for several years
                                                    before discovering her real passion for farming. She
                                                    started as manager of the apple operation and soon
                                                    diversified into other crops, brought in innovative
                                                    equipment, and secured a reliable workforce.
                                                    She is currently President of the International Fruit
                                                    Tree Association and on the board of Scotian Gold
                                                    Cooperative. In 2015, she started an agriculture

                                                    The highlight of Lisa’s year, is her annual family
                                                    trip to Disneyworld with her husband, Keith, and
                                                    daughter, Mercy.
