Doug is CEO of iSpire, a team of highly-motivated
IT professionals that bring big business quality and
opportunities to small and mid-sized businesses
throughout Canada. In January 2015, he co-founded
ConnexionWorks, a collaborative co-working space
in uptown Saint John. ConnexionWorks fosters the
entrepreneurial spirit and collaborative opportunities
by bringing together both start-up and established
businesses into a common space. Doug graduated
from UNB with an Electrical Engineering degree
and spent the next 15 years in the oil and gas
industry where he played a lead role in technology
and supply chain management systems. Doug was
the community Leader for Startup Saint John and
co-chaired StartupNB.
Doug lives in Quispamsis with his beautiful wife of
30 years and has 3 children. He is an avid
Doug Jenkins motorcyclist and sailor. He is driven by helping
ELP9 others reach their full potential.

Joshua began working for his family company,
Jenks Excavation Ltd. at a young age. He admired
the hard work and dedication it took his parents to
build the company.
This admiration inspired him to pursue a career with
the company in hopes to eventually take over the
reigns. After completing his post-secondary
education in 2014, Joshua took on the role of project
manager. He has since taken over the majority of
responsibilities in the day-to-day operations.
Working in an ever changing, fast paced industry,
Joshua takes every opportunity he can to gain
knowledge and grow as a young professional.
