Fall Conference Speakers
Anthony Dougherty, PE
Tony serves as a vice president for Traffic Planning and Design, Inc. and sits on the firm’s board of directors. He is also responsible for managing the firm’s Construction Services Department.
Tony has more than 26 years of experience and received
a Bachelor of Science in civil engineering from Penn State
University and his master’s degree from Villanova University. He is also currently serving as the chair of the ACEC/PA Safety Task Force.
Henry Fix, PE, STS
Henry is an associate vice president with AECOM and works in the Conshohocken office within the Bridge Inspection group. He has 34 years of experience in bridge inspection, design and analysis, working on numerous highway and railroad bridge projects. He is a safety trained supervisor with OSHA 10-hour and OSHA 30-hour training.
Henry leads the safety programs for numerous bridge inspection
projects, which often include the use of underbridge inspection units, mobile elevated work platforms, SPRAT climbing, and working adjacent to live traffic. He has a Bachelor of Science in civil engineering from the University of Pittsburgh and a master’s degree in structural engineering from Villanova University, and is a professional engineer registered in eight states and Puerto Rico.
Gary Graham, PE
Gary is the assistant chief engineer for Design for the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission. He is responsible
for all highway and facility design activities within the commission’s 553-mile toll system and oversees a staff of
69 engineering personnel. Gary manages the Highway and Facilities Programs of the commission’s Capital Plan and their combined yearly budget of $585 million, and has over 34 years of experience in the transportation industry.
