                                             苹果酥

                                            Apple Crisp


            材料:                                         Ingredients:
                                                        3 nos    Red apples (remove skin)
            红苹果         3粒(去皮)
                                                        5 nos   Cloves
            丁香            5粒
                                                        150 gm   Sugar
            糖                150克
                                                        100 gm   Water
            水                  100克
                                                        1 pkt    Frozen puff pastry (buy ready made)
            冷冻酥皮      1 包(買现成的)
                                                        Method
                                                        1)  Dice apples into cubes,blend with water till
                                                           fine texture.
            做法:
                                                             Pour  into  pot  cook  with  sugar  and  cloves

 Spaghetti Goma Sauce With Nori


 材料:  Ingredients:
 150 gm   Spaghetti
 意大利面   150克
 2 tbsp   Olive oil
 橄榄油             2 汤
 3 nos   Button mushrooms (Sliced)
 匙
 50 gm    Vegetarian ham (cut into strips)
 蘑菇               3朵(切片)
 Seasoning:
 素火腿   50克(切条狀)
 100 gm  Japanese Sesame sauce
 调味料:  1 tsp   Salt
 日本芝麻酱 100克   盐   1茶匙  1 tsp    Mushroom seasoning powder
 香菇粉    1茶匙   黑胡椒碎  少许  A pinch   Crushed black pepper

 配料:  Toppings:
 黑芝麻、白芝麻、日本紫菜丝 少许  A  pinch  of  Black  sesame  seeds,  White  sesame
 seeds,Japanese seaweed (shredded)
 做法:
 Method
 1) 煮沸一锅水放入意大利面,加入盐和1
