Holiday Judging

Rudy Lopez reported that the Halloween judging went well but there were not too many
homes that decorated. It is possible the current “covid” environment kept people from
wanting to bother with “trick or treats”. For Christmas Rudy, Anne and Carol will go out and
                                   th
judge on December 20 . If there are others that want to join it would be appreciated.

        Homeowners Forum

            • An owner reported that the no parking sign near his home was pulled down by
“renters” Management reported that the city was notified of the sign and after several
weeks when it wasn’t installed anywhere it was taken to storage. The city will be
               contacted again.
            • There was a mention that some owners were parking further into the dividers and even
onto the sidewalks in some cases. This will be noted in the newsletter for December.
            • An owner brought up the idea of installing “doggie stations” about the community to
limit the amount of mess. Management looked online and saw that individual stations
with the bag dispenser post and trash can ran about $250 - $300. Tamara Dillon
mentioned that these may not work to reduce the waste. It was mentioned that
people from outside the community may take advantage and steal the bags. It was
asked if any other HOA’s in the area had these stations. There was also a discussion of
using a less expensive plastic version that can attach to the walls. This item is to be
tabled to a future meeting after info is emailed to the board members.
