• Because standard thermoelectric coolers typically degrade in high temperature environments such as
machine vision applications, Laird Thermal Systems has developed a new generation of materials, with
enhanced reliability and cooling performance.
• The robust module construction allows the HiTemp ETX thermoelectric cooler to operate in high
temperatures up to 150⁰C.
• Assembled with advanced thermoelectric materials, this series boosts cooling capacity by up to 10%
compared to standard thermoelectric coolers.
• The materials also feature a high thermal insulation barrier that delivers improved temperature differential
up to ΔTmax of 83°C.
• The HiTemp ETX series maintains a high coefficient of performance (COP) requiring less input power to
achieve the same cooling capacity as standard thermoelectric coolers.
• Its solid-state construction assures long-life operation
• The HiTemp ETX Series is available in multiple configurations covering a wide range of footprints making
it ideal for applications with tight space constraints.
• The product series is environmentally friendly not requiring any hazardous refrigerants
